The purpose of this site is simple—it is to help improve communication between the HOA governance body and the homeowners it serves.  This website services the homeowners in the 13th - 16th additions which is the Legends, Meadows and Village.

We would like this site to be the place you look for information about Auburn Hills and your HOA, and we know it is more likely to become that place only if the content is kept current and relevant.  It is our intent to make sure that it is both.  This is your site; it should be a place to find information that is important to you so we encourage and welcome feedback and suggestions.

BECOME AN HOA VOLUNTEER

If you would be interested in becoming a volunteer for the HOA to help us do more with less, please sign up below! Volunteers are needed for committees, the board, and events. Some of the events may involve neighborhood clean up days, etc. If you are interested please select the appropriate button and submit your information. Summer Home Improvement Reminder!

As you begin to make home improvements and preparations for summer, don't forget to submit your request for changes to the Design Review Committee (DRC).  A copy of the architectural change form is located under "Links & Information" on this website.

Items requiring DRC approval prior to installation or construction include:

  • Roof material for replacement roofing if different than original
  • House color
  • Any construction that would change the appearance of the exterior dwelling
  • Antennas
  • Retaining walls
  • Fences
  • Playground equipment
  • Sheds
  • Basketball goals and cement pads (backyard only)
  • Dog runs
  • Pools and ponds
  • Fountains and yard art structures
  • Yard landscape plans and plans requiring excavation of soil
  • Drainage
